Who does what, who answers to whom โ same rules as the human org chart
Managers observe, team members produce, consultants advise. A new agent gets placed on that spectrum before it gets a name โ the placement decides its permissions, its trial shape and its line manager.
Writes are earned. Everything starts read-only or shadow mode. Work is reviewed by a human until the correction rate says otherwise, and anything an agent creates is signed so provenance is never in doubt.
Nothing is ever deleted from Garage Hive. No agent can delete a GH record or remove parts from a jobsheet โ the connection itself refuses deletes and zeroed quantities, so it can't happen even by mistake. Agents add and flag; only a human removes, by hand, in Garage Hive.
Everyone answers upward. Chris's feedback overrides all; managers' context carries weight; and every agent runs inside the same spend caps โ monthly ยฃ, monthly calls, daily brake.
The future Chris has pencilled in: agents managing and QC-ing each other. The seed already exists โ Reggie QCs the TE Builder's output every Monday. As Otto graduates, Reggie's brief starts reporting on his numbers too: drafts produced, correction rate, conversion of his estimates. An agent with KPIs, reviewed by an agent โ reported to a human.
